Fellowship Commencement & Group Formation

The Fellowship begins in July, starting with a commencement celebration gathering all Fellows together to further explain the process, expectations, and goals of the program. Groups of 15-20 farmers are then formed, creating the structure through which Fellows experience the entire program, both through establishing Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs) as well as receiving group trainings.
